When you use the contact form we ask for your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, your message and your confirmation of consent.

We do not ask for health information about individuals, and please do not include it.

We use these details to read and respond to your enquiry and to assess whether there is a commercial fit. We rely on your consent, given by ticking the consent box, for processing your enquiry details. We rely on our legitimate interests in protecting this website for the limited technical processing used to prevent abuse.

Agreeing to this notice does not mean you have agreed to marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list from a contact form enquiry.

The contact form submits your enquiry securely to our server. When direct sending is enabled, we pass your details to Resend, our email delivery provider, to send the enquiry to karl@savant-health.com. It is then handled by our email provider so we can respond.

We do not store personal enquiry information in the website database. Resend processes the email content and delivery information under its own retention and security arrangements. Its privacy policy (opens in a new tab) explains how it handles this information.

If sending is unavailable, the form displays an error and keeps your entered details in the page for you to retry. It does not open your email application or save your enquiry for later sending.

To prevent misuse, the server keeps a short-lived count of requests linked to your IP address in memory for 15 minutes to apply a rate limit. It is not written to a database and is discarded after that period or when the server restarts.

Our hosting provider may keep its own technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, under its own terms.

Enquiry emails we receive are kept for 12 months, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing business relationship requires us to keep them.

This website does not set non-essential or tracking cookies.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
